Russian Diplomat Dies In Kazakhstan

An employee of the Russian Consulate General to Kazakhstan died in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the administrative city in the East Kazakhstan region, Construction.ru informs citing to the Russian Embassy.

According to the source,  the man, whose name was Roman Skrylnikov, died from a heart attack.

"On the 26th of December, 2016, Skrylnikov Roman Sergeevich died from a heart attack. He was an employee seconded to Ust-Kamenogorsk," the representative of the Embassy said.
