The ombudsman of the Artsakh Republic, Ruben Melikyan, in a tweeter post noted that 2017 constitutional referendum attracted more international observers than 2015 election.

Previously, the spokesman of the PM of Artsakh Republic noted that 104 international observers from 30 states participated in the Artsakh constitutional referendum, along with 80 media repesentatives.
