The Ombudsman of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Ruben Melikyan on his official Facebook page wrote about Armenianophobia (rhetoric of hatred towards Armenians) in Azerbaijan, particularly in kindergartens, a video of which was recently published.
"We found an incident of inciting ethnic hatred by the teacher in an Azerbaijani kindergarten. The teacher asks:" Who are our enemies?” And the children answer: " Armenians!"
