Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights Lyudmila Denisova fainted during a speech by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on the live television channel ICTV, Teller Report informs, referring to RT.
Denisova fainted after Poroshenko’s words about the reaction of the world to the Kerch Strait.
Poroshenko interrupted the performance and helped his colleague to leave the studio.
"All is well. Look at the workload of the Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova. She works 20 hours a week to free the Ukrainian sailors,'' the Ukrainian president said, returning to the podium.
It is noted that Denisova received qualified assistance.
