Russia's food and safety watchdog reported on Wednesday it had put temporary restrictions on fish products from an Armenian supplier starting from September 5, Panorama.am reports, referring to Ria Novosty news agency.
The watchdog said that the fish products failed to meet food safety standards of the Customs Union for allegedly containing traces of malachite green
It is noted that due to violations registered by Armenian and Kazakh suppliers, strengthened laboratory inspections are carried out.
