We are ready to establish diplomatic relations with Turkey, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said today, addressing the possibility of a "restart" on the Armenian-Turkish agenda. Speaking at a news conference, Mnatsakanyan predicted chances of a broader process "going beyond the bilateral format", Tert.am reports.
''We are, sadly, in a situation which sees no commendable reality in that respect. That's a reality of rejecting the Zurich process, continuing the blockade, demonstrating bias and continuing the Genocide denial,'' he noted.
