After exiting the building of the National Security Service, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan said the first instance court will examine the motion to arrest him tomorrow, News.am reports.
''There is no substantiation. This is a phony case,'' he said.
Asked if there is any testimony against him, Tsarukyan said there is no testimony.
When asked under what criminal case he was being interviewed, the political party leader asked reporters to ask law-enforcement authorities. ''There is nothing related to me. I have nothing to do with governance. This is a phony case. You’ll see in court,'' he said.
Asked what his next step will be, Tsarukyan said he has no objective to gather dividends and will stand up for what he said in parliament today.
Touching upon the news that a motion has been filed with the court to arrest him, Tsarukyan said a motion has been filed and the charge will be examined in court tomorrow.
