President of Russia Vladimir Putin discussed the situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with the permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, Aysor.am reports.
“The President also discussed Russia’s relations with CIS countries, including Armenia and Azerbaijan, mainly in the light of the ongoing escalation on the border of these two republics,” Peskov noted.
