Legendary Commander Bestowed with Title "Hero of Artsakh" for Occupying Strategic Heights
President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan bestowed legendary commander of ‘’Yeghnikner’’ Karen Jalavyan with the highest title of Hero of Artsakh.
"Dear compatriots,
I have just awarded one of our legendary commanders Karen Jalavyan with the highest state title of the "Hero of Artsakh" at the Combat Management Center of the Defense Army. This was done in accordance with the special protocol through sending a radio message to our servicemen in various parts of the front. I made that decision taking into account his personal feats and those of the subdivisions under his command, as well as for the substantial contribution to the defense of the Homeland.
