Russia is in permanent contact with Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan to stabilize the situation in Nagorno Karabakh, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told the reporters on Friday.
"We are in close contact with Ankara, Baku and Yerevan and believe that each step must help the further stabilization of the situation in Trans Caucasus, development of infrastructures, transport logistics, overall the correction of the situation and must not involve any element that may become a reason of escalation," Kremlin spokesperson said.
