Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold an operative meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council on Friday, the press secretary of Russia's President Dmitry Peskov said, TASS reports.
"In the evening, after the end of the dialogue with our Azerbaijani and Armenian friends, President Putin intends to hold a meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council," he said.
