Artsakh’s Parliament proposes to condemn actions of Azerbaijan and call it genocide
The Parliament of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) is proposing all countries of the world to condemn Azerbaijan’s ongoing provocations against Artsakh and its people and label it as a 21st century genocide.
Speaker of Parliament of Artsakh Artur Tovmasyan published the Artsakh Parliament’s statement on the occasion of the UN Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide and of the Prevention of this Crime.
“The National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh is proposing the Russian Federation, the United States of America, France, all states of the world and their parliaments to condemn Azerbaijan’s current provocative actions against the Republic of Artsakh and its people and label it as genocide which is being committed in the 21st century,” the statement reads, 1lurer.am reports.
