CSTO Secretary General meets with permanent representatives of member states
Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Secretary General Imangaly Tasmagambetov met with the permanent representatives of CSTO member-states on January 25, Armenpress reports, the organization’s press service said.
The Secretary General underlined the importance of implementing the decisions adopted during the 2022 November session of the Collective Security Council and the 2023 priorities of the Belarusian presidency in the organization. In this context the CSTO Secretary General noted that currently a draft is under development which will be submitted for President of Belarus, President of the CSTO Collective Security Council Alexander Lukashenko’s approval.
The day-to-day activities of the organization and the partnership of the organization’s working bodies with the CSTO permanent council was also discussed.
