Turkey and Azerbaijan plan to conduct more than 10 joint military exercises in 2023
The defense ministers of Turkey and Azerbaijan met in Kars in the course of joint winter military exercises with the participation of several countries, the Turkish Internet edition Milliyet reported.
During the meeting with his Turkish counterpart Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov, in particular, said:
"The joint military exercises were successful. About 70 Azerbaijani servicemen and 23 units of armored vehicles took part in the exercises."
He also stressed that more than 10 military exercises are planned for 2023. All of them will be held jointly with Turkey, News.am reports.
