Armenia interested in enhancing relations with India – Speaker of Parliament meets Ambassador Kishan Dan Dewal
The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Alen Simonyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to the Republic of Armenia Kishan Dan Dewal. Welcoming the guest, Alen Simonyan noted that though the Ambassador’s diplomatic mission comes to an end in the Republic of Armenia, the result of his consistent work is of continuous character.
“The Republic of Armenia highlights and highly appreciates the friendly relations with India, and it is deeply concerned about deepening the relationships in all spheres,” the RA NA President noted.
The Ambassador thanked the RA NA President for joint succeeded cooperation, noting that he takes friendship, warm memories and rich history from Armenia and the Armenian people to his country and to his people.
At the end of the meeting the RA NA President underlined that India as an influential member of the international community, has an important role in the global and regional issues. He expressed conviction that in this context the joint work is much to be done in the inter-parliamentary format.
