NKR Foreign Minister Meets with Andrzej Kasprzyk

On March 17, Nagorno-Karabakh Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The sides exchanged views on a range of issues of mutual interest, related, in particular, to the current situation on the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan and the monitoring conducted by the Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
Karen Mirzoyan drew the attention of the Ambassador to the continuous attempts of Azerbaijan to manipulate and selectively apply the norms of international humanitarian law. In this context, the case of NKR citizen Arsen Baghdasaryan, who is kept captive in Azerbaijan, was touched upon.
