Smile! Today Is International Day of Happiness
"If you want to be happy, be," the words of Russian writer Tolstoy more than vividly describe the long-held belief that you cannot put your responsibility of being happy on another person’s shoulders as it is only your responsibility to undertake.
March 20 is declared as an International Day of Happiness. In 2012, the UN held the first conference on Happiness and UN General Assembly passed a resolution which decreed that the International Day of Happiness would be observed every year on 20 March.
For the first time the day was celebrated in 2013.
In 2011, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution in which happiness was defined as a "fundamental human goal" and called for "a more inclusive, equitable and balanced approach to economic growth that promotes the happiness and well-being of all peoples".
Thus what is left for you is to simile because today is your day as a happy person.
