Armenian Prime Minister: Armenia's Economy will Benefit in the EEU

Today, on March 31, the Prime Minister of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan took part in the opening ceremony of a roundtable discussion organized within the framework of the international conference entitled "Eurasian Economic Prospects," gov.am reports.

Welcoming the participants, the Prime Minister declared that Armenia's joining the Eurasian Economic Union means that Armenia's economy is becoming a part of more than 170 million-strong market. "This will make our country more appealing for investments and long-term projects," – Abrahamyan said.

The Prime Minister expressed hope that the recommendations developed as a result of the discussions will later on be used in practice.
