Lukashenko Will be in Georgia from April 22-24
The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will arrive in Tbilisi on April 22 on a two-day state visit, the press service of the President of Georgia informs.
The official welcoming ceremony will be held on April 23 in the residency of the President of Georgia Georgy Margvelashvili. The heads of the two states will have a tête-à-tête meeting, after which talks in an expanded format will be held.
Lukashenko will also meet the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili and Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II . On Friday, April 24, Lukashenko’s visit to Batumi is scheduled, where he will meet with the head of the government of Adjara Autonomous Republic Archil Habadze and see the local businesses.
