NKR Prime Minister. Elections are First of All for Artsakh and its People
NKR Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan visited the polling station and voted for the future of Artsakh. Turning to the question about the possibility of voting in favor of his party, Arayik Harutyunyan said that one should wait a little, Artsakhpress reports.
Commenting on the statement that international organizations do not recognize Artsakh elections, Arayik Harutyunyan mentioned that the elections are first of all for Artsakh and its people.
NKR Prime Minister expects that the new parliament would be more professional and would contribute to the development of the country and would make democratic progress. As for the change of Parliament concerning the proportional system, the Prime Minister said that one should wait for the election results.
