Abbas Urges African Countries to Boycott Products of the Israeli Settlements
Mahmoud Abbas, Palestinian Authority President called the African countries to boycott the goods produced in the Israeli settlements in West Bank, the Times of Israel reports.
According to Abbas, the sale of Israeli goods produced beyond the Green Line violated international legal standards, a question that is now beings discussed by the EU.
"We must boycott the settlements which were established on Arab land, contrary to international law and resolutions," Abbas said. He added that he does not urge to boycott Israel, but the products of the settlements.
