Putin, Merkel, Hollande: "Norman Quartet" Summit Could be Useful
According to the statement made by Elysee Palace on Saturday, during telephone conversation Francois Hollande, Angela Merkel and Vladimir Putin agreed that the meeting of leaders of the "Norman Quartet" will be helpful if it takes place in the upcoming weeks, RIA Novosti reports.
"President of the Republic (Hollande), Chancellor (Germany) and Russian President noted that the new summit in "Norman" format can be useful if it takes place in the upcoming weeks", writes the communiqué of the presidential administration of France.
