Pentagon: Russia Destabilizes the Situation in Europe

Russia is engaged in destabilizing activities in Europe, including the Baltic Sea. This was stated by Pentagon spokesman Peter Cook, talking about the meeting of the defense ministers of the US and Estonia, Ashton Carter and Hannes Hanso, TASS reports.
According to Cook, Carter and Hans "discussed the importance of strengthening the" combat readiness of member countries of the alliance for the purpose of neutralization and containment of the "threats in eastern and southern wings."
