British Foreign Secretary Considers Russia a Global Threat

British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has declared that Russia is a threat to the world. Such a statement he made during a visit to Georgia, on Wednesday, March 30, Lenta.ru reports.
"Russia is ignoring international rules and violates the international legal system which is a problem and a threat to all of us." - Hammond said, answering the question whether Russia's behavior in Georgia and in the Baltic countries is dangerous.
