There is No Panic, Only Anger: Opinion from Artsakh
"I have talked to some people. Azerbaijan has initiated military operations in the north and south, trying to take some of our positions. At the first stage they succeeded, but now the positions have already taken back. They were active, also using equipment. In both directions Azerbaijan used its Special Forces, who have suffered significant casualties - at least 50 dead.
In the north, they were caught in a trap; a helicopter that tried to come to help was shot down. We are prepared to operate seriously. The opponent had lost the advantage of sudden attack factor.
The skin cannot be changed. A villain remains a villain. They attack also in the direction of civilians. The results reached was the opposite what they expected. There is no panic only anger spread in Artsakh. I feel it on my skin and see it by my own eyes. It will be difficult for their government to explain why they have to stop again. My acquaintances know, that I always complain, sometimes dishonor the Armenian statehood, especially military forces for their slowness, selfishness, greediness etc.
However this time I have to admit, that they work in a tough and good way - with consensus. Nobody complains and everyone is really angry. I will advise the Azerbaijani government to think about evacuating the Azerbaijani residents from Mir-Bashir and other frontline settlements. Take them now quietly to avoid panic later. I am not sure that our radio devices will continue operating, when they get an order to stop…" the post was made by a famous political expert Hrachya Arzumanyan.
