NKR Foreign Minister Presented the Official Position of Artsakh on Madrid Principles

"Karabakh side has formally declared many times that any document put forward during the negotiation process, including the Madrid principles without official Stepanakert's direct participation, can't be viable in terms of application", - said NKR foreign minister Karen Mirzoyan in reply to a parliamentary question concerning the official position of Artsakh on the Madrid principles during today's plenary session of the NKR National Assembly, Artsakhpress reports.
According to him, only in case of the participation of Artsakh in negotiations will give an opportunity to discuss and implement the reached aggreements.
