Armenian Specialists Created a "Blinding Laser Device" to Neutralize Snipers

Armenian specialists have created a "blinding laser device" that are designed to detect and neutralize the snipers of the adversary, "Hayots Ashkhar" newspaper writes.

"The advantage of the device is that before the sniper does his/her work, before the shot, the device allows to detect him/her, no matter how good the sniper is hidden. Even if he/she is hidden quite deep, the optics is not hidden, because the optics needs to have an open eyeshot to search for the target. Catching the rays reflected from the optics the device detects and identifies the location of the sniper. With the help of powerful laser beam it also destroys the optical device," one of the specialists told the newspaper.
