Cavusoglu Confirms: Normalization with Armenia was Discussed in Baku

Possible normalization of relations with Armenia was discussed in Baku before an attempt of a military coup in Turkey, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said.
In an interview with Haberturk channel Cavusoglu said there were no discussions with Armenia on the issue, but he talked to his Armenian counterpart during different international evens.
Turkish FM emphasized that Ankara will support Azerbaijan on Karabakh issue and will defend all options proposed by Baku.
Earlier Hrriyet newspaper reported that Cavusoglu discussed normalization of ties with Armenia during his Baku trip
