Putin Arrived in India to Take Part in BRICS Summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Indian state of Goa, where he met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He will also attend the BRICS summit, RIA Novosti report.
BRICS Summit will be held in Goa on October 15-16. Leaders of the BRICS will synchronize watches on key international issues, and the summit is scheduled to adopt Goa Declaration and Action Plan, which will identify priorities for cooperation in the near future.
Earlier, Putin was on a visit to Yerevan, where he took part in the session of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
