The European Union will gather information about arriving foreigners to assess the risks posed by them and to prevent possible terrorist attacks, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker said, sputniknews.com reports.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Europe has been forced to urgently and extensively boost its safety and security measures throughout 2016 amid a wave of deadly attacks that occurred in Europe, including a truck running over a crowd in France's Nice, a number of suicide bombings, shootings and stabbings.
