Assassination of Russian Ambassador was an Obvious Provocation: Arpine Hovsepyan
The killing of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey was, in fact, an obvious provocation before the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Russia, Iran and Turkey in Moscow. This was declared by the expert of "Insight" Analytical Center for Applied Policy and Research Arpine Hovsepyan during a press conference in "Novosti-Armenia" press center answering to the question how the assassination of the Russian Ambassador would influence on the Syrian crisis.
"On one hand this action aimed to blow the Russian-Turkish reconciliation process, on the other hand to the start of the political process in Syria. It is obvious that this was carried out by those, who are against the settlement of Syrian conflict," mentioned the expert, adding that most probably Russia will use this to more activate its actions in Syria.
