NKR National Assembly Approved the Project of Constitutional Reforms
Today a special NA session was held at NKR National Assembly, ArtsakhPress informs.
This sitting was held at the initiative of the MPs. The special session’s agenda proposed to resume the debates on the new draft Constitution.
The National Assembly of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has approved the project of the constitutional reforms.
"Dashnaktsutyun" and "Renaissance" factions voted against the project, and the Head of Eduard Aghabekyan "Movement -88" faction abstained from voting.
