UN Report: Armenia Has One of the Best Pregnant Care Results

The UN annual report "State of World Population" under the title "Worlds Apart: Productive Health and Rights in an Age of Inequality" was released.
The report refers to the expressions of inequality and its impact in the spheres, such as maternal mortality, pregnant care, income distribution among the population and its different sexes, the importance of work and education for males and females etc.
In the reports it is said that Armenia has recorded the best results in insuring pregnant care.
"Armenia made the most improvement in equality of access to antenatal visits among all the countries
surveyed. Not only were all wealth quintiles elevated above all previous positions in 2010 compared with 2000, but women in all quintiles were receiving nearly identical proportions of access—at almost 100 per cent—in 2010," the reports reads.
