Levon Mnatsakanyan Discussed with Kasprzyk Tense Situation on Artsakh-Azerbaijan Border

NKR Defense Minister, Defense Army commander, Lieutenant-General Levon Mnatsakanyan received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh reports.
During the meeting they discussed the tense situation created on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border during the previous days. In particular, the defense minister presented to Ambassador Kasprzyk proofs of use of SPIKE anti-tank guided missiles and mortars by the Azerbaijani forces.
