Armenian FM Met with UN Deputy Assistant to Secretary-General
Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with Åsa Regner, UN Deputy Assistant to Secretary-General.
Foreign Minister touched upon Armenia’s Chairmanship in the Commission on the Status of Women for 2020-2021 and Armenia’s steps and initiatives within Economic and Social Council, Human Rights Council, Council of Europe, OSCE and International Organisation of La Francophonie.
Åsa Regner has expressed full support of the UN Women to the programs undertaken by the Government of Armenia in the field of women rights protection and presented a range of cooperation proposals.
