Abbas Refused to Accept Unfrozen Tax Revenues

Palestine has refused to accept tax revenues worth of hundreds of millions of dollars, unfrozen by Israel. The President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas declared that he returned the money, as Israel has deducted a third of what it should have paid, BBC reports.

According to the source, Abbas also threatened to take Israel to the International Criminal Court, if it does not pay the whole amount.

Israel had frozen the tax revenues in January in response to Palestinians joining the ICC. It was two weeks ago Israel declared about unfreezing the amount, but warned they would make deductions from the transfer.
