The UN SC Imposed Armed Embargo on Houthi Rebels
On Tuesday, April 14, the UN Security Council imposed arms embargo targeting Houthi rebels in Yemen, Reuters reports. It has also called the rebels to stop fighting and withdraw from the territories they have taken, from the capital Sanaa as well.
As the source reports, Iran is going to present a peace plan for Yemen to the UN on Wednesday, which is supposed to be a call for an end to Saudi-led air strikes.
