Warlick and Serzh Sargsyan Discussed Nagorno-Karabakh Peace
The OSCE Minsk Group US co-chair James Warlick met in Washington the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who is in an official visit to the US from May 5-7.
"I was pleased to welcome the President of #Armenia to my home city of #Washington. We were able to talk this evening about #NKpeace," – Warlick wrote on his Twitter.
In the framework of his visit to the US, Serzh Sargsyan will have meetings in the Senate. He will visit the Holocaust museum in Washington, will be in the library of the US Congress and there will get acquainted with the Armenian exhibits of the library.
The RA President will also meet the heads of the Armenian organizations in the US and the representatives of the Armenian Diaspora. On May 7 he will attend an inter-religious prayer commemorating the Armenian Genocide in Washington’s National Cathedral and will deliver a speech there.
