Will Netanyahu Meet the Deadline for Forming Government?
The Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu is using its last efforts for forming a right-wing coalition government. The deadline is at midnight on Wednesday.
As The Guardian reports, although Netanyahu has signed coalition agreements with two ultra-Orthodox Jewish parties and the center-right Kulanu, he still needs the agreement of the Jewish Home party. According to the source, if he fails to form a coalition, the Israeli president, Reuven Rivlin, would be required to ask another Israeli MP to try to form a government.
