Aliyev Awarded Aliyeva with the Order of Aliyev
The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has awarded his wife Mehriban Aliyeva with Heydar Aliyev order. As the Azerbaijani sites report, Aliyeva received this award due to her contribution in the development of culture, sports, education and healthcare, as well as for the big contribution to the organization of the First European Games.
This information is not joke at all. As it is said, this would be funny, if it was not that sad.
