Serzh Sargsyan Congratulated Putin
President Serzh Sargsyan today held a phone call with President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation (RF) congratulating and sending him best wishes on the occasion of his birthday, the press service of the RA President informs. The RA President also sent a congratulatory message to the RF President.
