NKR: Defense Minister Presented a Dagger to Mikael Vardanyan with His Name
The Minister of Defense of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Commander of Defense Army, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan received the owner of "Grand Holding" Mikael Vardanyan, who once again made a charity for the Defense Army. Novosti-Armenia reports, with reference to the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense.
During the meeting, which was also attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of NKR Arthur Aghabekyan, Levon Mnatsakanyan expressed gratitude to the philanthropist for consistent support and awarded him with a Diploma and a dagger with his name.
Then the guests accompanied by the deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army working with the staff, Major-General Vardan Balayan visited one of the military units and got acquainted with the conditions of the barracks.
