NKR Minister of Defense Received Andrzej Kasprzyk
On February 3 the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, commander of the Defense Army, Lieutenant general Levon Mnatsakanyan met the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, Armenpress reports referring to the press-service of the NKR Ministry of Defense.
During the meeting the situation on the contact line of Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces and issues related to ongoing monitoring of the OSCE Minsk Group on the front line were discussed.
