Baku has Reacted to the Process of the Recognition of the Independence of NKR

Deputy Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, the Head of the Foreign Relations Department, Novruz Mammadov commented on the initiative of the RA on recognizing the independence of NKR, calling it a "provocation by Armenia's leadership."
Mammadov believes that the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries must express their attitude towards this issue.
On May 5, a bill on recognizing the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic prepared by the opposition has been submitted on the agenda of the RA government.
