Warlick: Sargsyan-Aliyev Meeting will Accelerate Confidence-Building

The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick has declared that today’s meeting between Sargsyan and Aliyev will help to build trust, accelerate confidence-building and create conditions for a framework document.
