Clinton Ahead of Trump in the Latest Poll: US Elections
It has been more than a year that the US presidential election campaign is going, but the real race is just beginning.
The Democrat Hillary Clinton and the Republican Donald Trump have both claimed their nominations, but how will Americans decide which one to choose as their president for the next four years?
Now begins just over three more months of stump speeches, town hall meetings and non-stop campaigning, The ABC news writes.
To win the presidential election on November 8, Trump or Clinton needs to win at least 270 electoral college votes.
According to a Reuters/Ipsos poll on Friday, Hillary Clinton held a six-point lead over Republican rival Donald Trump.
Nearly 41 per cent of likely voters favour Clinton, 35 per cent favour Trump, and 25 per cent picked "Other," according to the new July 25-29 online poll of 1,043 likely voters, Reuters reports.
Both candidates were on the campaign trail on Friday, kicking off what is expected to be a hotly contested general election battle.
Already a number of celebrities have spoken out in support of either Trump or Clinton.
Let's take a look at the stars who'll be voting for the Democrat and five who'll be voting for the Republican.
