Salber: Diplomatic Activity Is Observed Around the Karabakh Conflict

Herbert Salber, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus on a visit to Baku, declared that the diplomatic activity is observed around the Karabakh conflict, Trend reports
He noted that Russia is very active in drawing proposals and discussions on the Karabakh issue. "On the other hand, we can see that the speaking process is going on."
Salber positively assessed his visit to Azerbaijan. He added that the situation around the Karabakh conflict settlement was discussed during a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev October 25.
