NKR Defense Army Serviceman Vardan Arakelyan Posthumously Awarded with the "For Service in Battle" Medal

On 13 November President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which serviceman of the NKR Defense Army's N division Vardan Arakelyan, who perished while carrying out his duties, was posthumously awarded with the "For Service in Battle" medal, official page of NKR President reports.
Previously it was reported that in one of the military units of the NKR Defense Army, stationed in the southern part of Karabakh-Azerbaijani borders, soldier Vardan Arakelyan (born in 1995 ) received a fatal gunshot.
