Davit Babayan: Aliyev has Three Chances to be Treated with Tea in Stepanakert
The President of Azerbaijan has three chances for participating in a teatime in Stepanakert, the capital city of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), 168.am reports.
This was declared by Davit Babayan, the NKR Presidential Spokesperson, referring to the aggressive statements by the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who recently visited borders.
He stated when Aliyev can drink tea in Stepanakert, “We are ready to give Aliyev tea in Shushi or Stepanakert, however, scenario of that tea may be in 3 ways: the first is that he continued drinking tea in Baku and thought of drinking tea in Artsakh, spoke of Lele Tepe and made likewise statements.
Secondly, he should come here, recognize the Republic of Artsakh and when Azerbaijani Embassy will be opened in Artsakh, we’ll treat him with tea.
Thirdly, Aliyev will drink tea in the camp of war prisoners, if, of course, he’ll survive. If he is reasonable, then he should recognize the Republic of Artsakh—this is the best variant. However, if he takes some steps, then he’ll drink tea in the camp of war prisoners.”
