NKR President's Spokesman: Aliyev's Statement is Like a One Made by a Patient of Psychiatric Hospital

This does not seem to be a statement made by a political figure or head of a state but rather a statement made by a patient of psychiatric hospital. NKR President's Spokesman David Babayan told the above mentioned to the correspondent of panorama.am turning to the statement by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev two days ago.

Notably when paying a visit to bordering village Tartar, Ilham Aliyev has announced the following: "Today we do not claim the current territories of Armenia. We do not intend to bring back neither Yerevan, nor Meghri or Goris by military means. However I am convinced there will come time when we can bring back all our historical lands."

"And during the recent meeting with Lukashenko Aliyev himself noted that the state of Azerbaijan has been established by Heydar Aliyev," Babayan noted adding that strange processes happen both in Aliyev’s mind and in Azerbaijan in general.

According to Babayan unlike other barbarian figures, Aliyev is sincere and opens up on his wishes. And this is a unique diagnosis of the disease.

"Eventually it is high time that they decided where their state ends, when Azerbaijan was established and what that state is in general," he said.

Babayan stated that such announcements once more show what country we deal with.

"The statement shows that Azerbaijan is a fascist state with an expansionist policy and with the psychology of an occupant. This is a behavior characteristic to a criminal. If previously they talked about some imaginary things to pun an idea on their basis, now that idea is missing as well. We must be strong when dealing with such a state in order to maintain peace and stability and to prevent that epidemic from spreading in the region," Babayan noted.
